If
I enter an order via the Internet now, when will it be shipped?
Most in stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is backordered,
a salesperson will notify you of its lead-time. Transit

about 3-5 business days. Out of stock items generally carry a 2-3 week
lead time. |
 |
Why
does it take so long to get items that are not in stock?
We stock most products in house but some of them are not as popular as
others and therefore have to be ordered from the manufacturer and brought
in to make them available for shipment to you. |

Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying
to the entire surface. Rinse completely. Wipe surfaces clean immediately

dampened sponge or cloth. Do not use an abrasive material or ammonia to
wipe surfaces clean. |
 |
Can
I replace a two-handle lavatory faucet with a single-handle model?
Do all faucets fit all bathroom sinks and tub/showers?
Yes. Standard-size sink openings and faucet dimensions are used throughout
the plumbing industry. However, since there are a few exceptions, it is
a good idea to check sizes first. Bathroom Sinks: Many single- and two-handle
faucets are on 4-inch centers, which is the distance between the centers
of the hot and cold inlets or mounting bolts. Another popular style for
two-handle faucets is the 8" to 16" widespread. These faucets
come with flexible hook-ups to allow for most adjustments. Tubs/Showers:
The distance between hot and cold water supplies for two-handle faucets
is generally 8". The hole opening for single-handle tub/shower combinations
may vary. The opening must be smaller than the faceplate of the unit you
are installing for proper coverage. |
 |
What's
the difference in appearance between stainless steel and polished
chrome?

such as stoves, refrigerators, sinks, etc... Polished chrome is a very
shiny, silver finish. |
 |
Do sinks
come with the basket strainers?
No, they need to be ordered
separately. |
