Delta History
Delta has been a standard and an innovator in the fixture field for many years. They’ve turned design and functionality into a research science. Their research has bloomed into advancements like increased performance, convenience and added options to faucets and sinks. They were the first to utilize a one handled feature for both hot and cold water as long ago as the 1950’s.

Delta believes not only in efficiency and functionality, but how those things fit into the design scheme, the pleasing visual scene provided by integrating their products into your home.

For instance, Delta’s casual designs take some of the more flamboyant or high-fashioned decorative schemes to offer a stylish, but toned down, more mainstreamed look. This scheme is functionally simple and will blend well into any bathroom or kitchen. Of course, simple doesn’t translate to lack of elegance. This scheme, as it blends easily, allows for growth and change when it comes to personal style.

Delta offers a contemporary line that’s filled with sophisticated styles that compliment a minimalist approach. This styling utilizes metals and other elements of the minimalist decor. Delta also has a traditionally styled line that combines modern technology with the look and feel of quaint charm, or the forbidding heavy lines of antique styling, complete with ornate curvature and a carved appearance.

Delta is constantly incorporating new features and technology into their faucets and new applications from their discoveries. They’ve developed a hands free faucet that allows for electronic above the counter temperature control in a residential application. It’s called an e-Flowy faucet. Another new faucet is the Jetted Showery, which gives you two jet modules that can be installed with the same simplicity as a regular, single showerhead, but offers a more pleasing showering experience. They now offer a faucet with a pivoted aerator that allows the user to change from spray mode to stream mode with just a twist. This research has helped them develop a finish for their fixtures called Physical Vapor Disposition. This finish prevents tarnish on their fixtures.

Imagine, with a PVD finish, your faucets will have the styling and materials that you wanted, but with an extended life expectancy. Also, an anti-tarnish finish will aid with the ease of cleaning and maintenance. It also adds to the beauty of the fixture.

Delta is always producing, always changing and always learning. Delta is the kind of company that can keep up with the speed of the modern life as well as our decorating and design needs. Not to mention that they now offer more than just faucets. They offer soap and lotion dispensers, strainers, air gaps, flanges, flanges stoppers and kitchen disposals accessories. These products are manufactured to the same exacting quality standards as Delta faucets. Delta is constantly researching to improve all of their products for more efficiency and design options to give us the best that they have to offer. Yet, throughout this growth and innovation, Delta keeps their products priced within reach of the average American family.
