HANSGROHE, INC. FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Hansgrohe, Inc. warrants to the original consumer that its product will be free from defects of workmanship and materials for a period of five(5) years from the date of purchase, as shown on the purchase receipt. replacement products or parts are warranted for the period remaining under the initial warranty, and accessories or parts of products manufactured by others are warranted only for the period and to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair or re-installation Hansgrohe, Inc. products. This express warranty does not apply to the products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, faulty installation or maintenance practices and/or used in a manner contrary to any written instructions provided by hansgrohe, Inc.

Hansgrohe, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option , free of charge during the warranty period, any part which proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Hansgrohe, Inc. is unable to provide replacement and repair is not practicable or cannot be timely made, Hansgrohe, Inc. will refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. THIS REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER FOR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTIES OR NEGLIGENCE BY HANSGROHE, INC. For service simply notify your Hansgrohe dealer, or write to: Customer Service, Hansgrohe, Inc., 1465 Ventura Dr., Cummings, GA. 30130. Include the original receipt with a description of the problem, model number,and your name and address. Hansgrohe may at its option, require you to send the defective part or product pre-paid for inspection prior to replacement.

THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE ABOVE; AND THIS WARRANTY AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY) WILL APPLY ONLY FOR THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED HEREIN. IN ADDITION, HANSGROHE, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. UNLESS OTHERWISE CONTRARY TO STATE LAW GOVERNING THE PURCHASE, HANSGROHE, INC. LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE OR UNSUITABLE.
