LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
For as long as you own your home
LASCO Bathware, ("LASCO"), warrants to the original home owner that its line of faucets ("the Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product.
LASCO will, at its option, repair or replace (not including installation) the affected components of any defective Product, repair or replace (not including installation) the entire defective Product, or refund the then-current list price of that Product. In all cases, a reasonable time must be allowed for warranty repairs to be completed.
What you must do:
In order to make a claim under this warranty:
You must be the original owner of the home in which the Product was originally installed.
You must promptly notify us of any defect and provide us with any substantiation that we may reasonably request.
The Product must have been installed and maintained in accordance with local plumbing codes and ordinances, good plumbing practice and any specific LASCO recommendations.
Exclusions:
LASCO shall have no liability under this warranty for:
Damage to the Product caused by the acts of God, fire, explosion, or other casualty, vibration, incorrect use, abuse. neglect, negligence or vandalism.
Costs of dismantling, installing or re-installing the Product.
Altered, modified or re-installed Product.
Limitations:
In all cases, LASCO reserves the right to fully satisfy its obligations under this warranty by refunding the then-current list price of the Product (or, if the Product has been discontinued, of the most nearly comparable current Product)
LASCO reserves the right to furnish a substitute or replacement component of a Product in the event a Product or any component of a product is discontinued or is otherwise unavailable.
This warranty is non-transferable.
General:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES HEREIN. LASCO HEREBY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR LOSS OF USE OF RESIDENCE, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS FOR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLICABLE TO THESE PRODUCTS.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. The remedies of the home owner set forth herein are exclusive an the liability of LASCO with respect to the Product, whether in tort, contract, warranty, strict liability or other legal theory shall not exceed the then-current list price of the defective Product.
