Nearly perfect so far
Really liked that the hose and connectors are metal. Main parts of the unit are not. Very easy to install. This unit isn't for use in a small shower space. Using the middle and outer ring at the same time is like being in a steady rain shower. LOVE IT! But you do lose some water pressure when using both. No worries, if pressure is your thing just divert the water to the hand unit only. Water seems warmer to me than my previous shower head. I think it has to do with the fact that the water pressure is not being regulated by introducing air into the stream? The one issue I have is with the way the hand held seats into the main unit. You have to slide the top in first then push the handle down till it snaps in. IF not any slight movement of the showerhead or hose will cause the hand unit to fall out. Had this happen several times before remembering this procedure every time the had held is used. Also, even when seated properly there is a possibility of the it coming loose. Depending on the size of your shower you'll have to tilt the unit down to get spray on your entire body. If you tilt it too much the handle of the hand unit get pressed against the wall which makes the hand unit pop out of its cradle. Because of this I have subtracted 1 star from the rating but still love this shower head.
