| This may be interesting. I have two Instant Hot Water Dispensers in my home, and one developed a leak in the reservoir after six years. I called Instant Hot and they advised that it was probably not worth trying to repair. So, off to Home Depot, where I had purchased the previous units. Ah, but Home Depot no longer carried this model, and the one they carried was too large for my space, plus the price was about $180. So, now to the internet, where I found that you carried the exact replacement model, which I have since installed, and am now back in "the lap of luxury". And I thank you for your prompt service, your competetive price, and am plased to provide this feedback.

| Happily there were no hidden surprises at installation - everything was as expected, so it went smoothly. the "hot shot" as we are calling it, works as it should. We left it at the 190 degree factory setting - plenty hot enough. Prior to purchase i could not find any cycle time info on the product so here it is: the at rest cycle (no water being dispensed) lasts about 90 seconds and these cycles are about 24 minutes apart. One added bonus that i use the ''hot shot'' for is to dispense about one or two ounces into my coffee mug as swish it around for 10 seconds then dump it out - now the coffee mug is mad hot - much better than pouring that all important first cup into a cold ceramic mug! |
