    Installation problem
Plumber / Installer, after removing from mailer box, initially said spout would not rotate. I called Kohler and they said spout would rotate but only after installer had tightened down faucet to sink. Said they receive many calls about this. Makes me wonder why Kohler wouldn't recognize need to explain on the front in. Now I have to get the installer back and convince him to put in!
