The installation was as expected - instructions clear - and the operation of the unit is flawless. John I (VA) - Rating: 4 This is a great toilet for situations where space is at a premium. In our bathroom there is a heated towel rack about 25 inches off the ground and we needed the toilet to stay under that. The toilet flushes very nicely with very little water used.
