| Not sure how to rate a filter. It''s a filter. It works. What I will say about The Faucet Depot is speedy service, quick shipping and hassle free problem resolution. One of the filters (I bought six) was defective on arrival. (I just happened to open that one first) I called on Monday (had received them on Sat) and was told a replacement would be mailed out. I got a confirmation of shipping email that day and the filter arrived that week. This is great service from a company that apparently understands that in the age of internet buying, people want good, reliable service and companies to stand behing their products. This is exactly what I encountered. You''ve produced a loyal customer that will pass your name along. |
