Great Value, Great Product
We bought these knobs to update our older home. Besides having to make the holes in the doors bigger (not a problem if you have the tools) it was a very easy install and I love that you only have to push a button to lock the doors. You also can't lock yourself out of a room which was part of the problem we had with our old doorknobs. These look so much better too! So glad I bought these!

2nd hand goods sold at a discount!
I've purchased building materials/products online before and have never recieved such an unsatisfactory package like this. Why would an employee toss defective merchandise into a box and expect a customer to find this acceptable? This was a very disappointing experience, not to mention a waste of my time shopping and returning!
