After getting an electrician to install the GFCI outlet near the toilet, the Washlet installed in less than 20 minutes, with practically no tools. The controls are easy to use and intuitive. My 8-year old daughter loves it too. We still use a little toilet paper for drying, about 1/3 as much, but overall, the cleaning is much improved.
