| Excellent product and I can''t rave enough about this merchant. This is actually the second washlet toilet I purchased from them. Their price was about $300 less than my local, brick-and-mortar retailer, and each time the product arrived in just a few days and without any problems at all. | Great product. Every feature works perfectly. Odor remover really works. A bathroom fan is not necessary now. Well designed and I have no suggestions for improvement.

| This is a wonderful product. It works beautifully and it looks great. I figured out how to use most of the functions out without opening the user manual. Installation took a bit longer than I expected, but that has more to do with my lack of plumbing skills than the product itself. If you are looking for a truly civilized toilette seat, this is the one to buy. |
