I hate this product, it stops at times by itself.when the battery ran out I had no water, would not opperate. without the battery never again I am trashing this.
So far, I like the faucet, although I couldn't see the scalloping of the faucet design on the photos. We haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life. The weight to retract the pull-out feature gets caught on the under sink plumbing
Allows us to keep much cleaner/dryer countertop.Takes a couple of weeks to learn best way to use the touch feature. Should publicize the fact that you can direct spout by using the spray nozzle without accidently turning water on/off. ( the spray head is electrically isolated from the "touch sense" section of the faucett. )
I was so happy to install this new faucet in my remodeled kitchen. It is beautiful and accents nicely with new stainless steel sink. I love the scallop shape and tall long neck. I was so excited to realize it had sensor for water on/off. I only wish you didn't have to have the lever on for the senor to work. Wish it was on/off when you touch it regardless of lever position.
