I agree with the comments. It is very annoying when you are running water and the sink is filling up, you have to stop, pull out the baffle, let it drain and go back to what you were doing!
This baffle is really easy to take in and out, but the design causes water to pool above it and overflow into the sink. It's not unusable or anything, but it certainly isn't ideal.
