Pfister 974-0740 25mm Cartridge Sub Assembly

Good response but part not workable.

I ordered a 974-074 Price Pfister cartridge because this was as shown on the parts breakdown for the Marielle faucet. I received the 974-074 but it was 25 mm while my faucet takes a 31 mm. I can not use the cartridge I received but that is no fault on your part. It turns out the Price Pfister changed the design but this wasn't noted on their parts list. Otherwise your service was excellent. The part come quickly and was well packaged. Thank you
