Newport Brass 10-89-10B Recessed Tissue Holder - Oil Rubbed Bronze (Pictured in Polished Chrome)

Thin Metal-Dull Finish-Poor Value

I've been trying to find a recessed T.P. holder in Oil Rubbed Bronze. This was one of only a couple that I found, from local sources or online. I thought it was priced kind of high, but was at the point where I needed to purchase. Good Points: Your website was easy to navigate & purchase from. The UPS shipping was prompt; the item was well protected within the package & arrived in good condition. Bad Points: The metal is somewhat thin & the profile edges (that would contact the wall) were somewhat warped. The finish is very matte/dull; it doesn't really match or coordinate with the other Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures in the bathroom. It doesn't look as good as the Polished Brass unit I was replacing. I haven't installed the unit, mainly due to extensive traveling that we've been doing since it arrived. It's still sitting, complete with the packing, in its box. Unfortunately, I want to return this item. (I've now made other arrangements for a different recessed T.P. holder in the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish). PS: I'm retired from 35 years in the Kitchen & Bath remodeling industry.
